Service Description
You will learn tools to create your own personal practice, to reclaim and deepen your relationship with the land, yourself and ultimately slow down and step into the "more than human world". This mindful outdoor experience of noble silence can lower heart rate, blood pressure and reduce stress chemicals like Cortisol and increase cancer fighting cells (NK) and feel good chemicals (serotonin, dopamine). This is a slow, mindful walk with Intension setting and Invitations to bring your attention toward an experience that can help deepen your overall awareness, and calm the central nervous system. This is a wonderful "self regulation" technique to work with Anxiety, Depression, Pain and more.
